How To Design A Website The Right Way

Internet Marketing SuccessAs an avid internet marketer (that is my primary job these days) I come across (am bombarded with) numerous new courses each week. That is just the nature of my business – to be targeted for all these programs.

For the most part, I delete the emails. The reason for this is because the majority of these programs or courses are garbage. I’ve learned that the hard way.

There was a time where I was intrigued and got caught up in the hype of the sales letters, and got sucked in to buying many of them. Why not? After all, they promised me success and riches in whatever field or technique they were teaching.

It didn’t take long before I realized that they may have had some success with what they were instructing but that doesn’t make them good at teaching it, it doesn’t mean that everyone that reads about what they have to offer is going to have the same success. What works for one person does not necessarily work for everyone else. In fact, the same works for very few.

What is needed instead is training that is more generalized. More of a guideline rather than specifics.

These days I am very selective which programs or training that I buy. The source and results must be proven, it must be exactly what I am looking for – what I need, and it must not be a one-time-wonder product. Longevity is one of the key factors in my decision.

Because there is so much crap being offered these days, and it is not always easy to figure out which programs, training, courses, and tutorials are worth the time and money you would spend, I decided to revamp one of my websites for the purpose of promoting only good products.

What is on the website will be only training, software, courses and such that I have personally used and found to be useful. If it’s not good, it won’t be included.

At some point I may add another section that is geared towards reviews only – good and bad so that you will have a better understanding of which ones are good and which ones are not so good.

I am starting off with three good ones.

    1. A WordPress training course that was initially released a few months ago to a select number of people. It is a really good piece of training. The authors made the decision to take all the suggestions and information that they received from the initial group of trainees and have improved it even further. Now it is scheduled for re-release on August 5th, 2014.

    2. A WordPress theme that works extremely well in conjunction with #3.

    3. A website theme builder that extends the capabilities of the above theme. a. Using the two of these together gives you an extremely powerful website design capability. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of how they’ve set it up, it becomes very easy to use. It took me maybe two websites to get really proficient at it.

As I mentioned previously, I’ve been doing internet marketing and building websites for a few years. I have gone through many themes that have never been capable of doing everything that I dream of. This combination has come very close to being perfect for my needs. It was well-worth the money that I spent on them (which wasn’t a lot for what it offers).

If you are serious about your online presence and do you own work, you really should check out this training and website building combination.
